The Oman Botanic Garden is a new world-class development of the Diwan of Royal Court in Oman, celebrating the unique plants and landscapes of Oman. The garden, currently under construction and not open to the public yet, will showcase all of Oman’s native plant species in a series of carefully created, naturalistic habitats from the dry deserts to the rich monsoon cloud forests. With this concept, the Oman Botanic Garden is unique in the world and of global significance – no other botanic garden is representing the entire flora of one country in habitat settings. The Oman Botanic Garden will present an unprecedented opportunity for visitors to experience the flora and vegetation of Oman while learning about the rich cultural traditions and legendary hospitality of the country.
